Thank you for shopping with Violet Pineapple! We are delighted to offer our handmade polymer clay earrings and bracelets to customers across the United Kingdom. This policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, processing times, and other important information regarding UK deliveries.

1. Shipping Options & Costs:

We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 business days from dispatch.
    • Cost: FREE on all orders
  • Tracked Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days from dispatch.
    • Includes tracking information, which will be provided upon dispatch.

2. Processing Time:

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them.
  • Please note that as all our items are lovingly handmade, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during busy periods. We will always communicate any significant delays to you.
  • Dispatch occurs Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • The estimated delivery times provided above are based on information from our shipping providers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal strikes, weather conditions, or high volumes within the postal system.
  • Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

4. Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently offer shipping to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.

5. Order Tracking:

  • Our parcels are sent via Tracked Shipping, so you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

6. Packaging:

  • We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. Your jewellery will be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We also strive to use eco-friendly packaging where possible.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within [e.g., 14 days] of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Please retain all packaging materials and any damaged items if you need to make a claim.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.   
  • If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it if your order has not yet been dispatched.
