Reflecting on 2025

A Year of Colour, Community, and a Sheep Named Tom!

As the dust settles on our second-ever Christmas season, we’ve finally taken a moment to sit down with a cup of tea and reflect on the whirlwind that was 2025. Honestly? We are pinching ourselves.

First and foremost, thank you. Whether you bought a pair of our unique earrings at a rainy craft fair, ordered a gift from our Etsy shop, or simply followed our journey on social media, you are the reason Violet Pineapple is growing, and we are so grateful for your support.

Our Biggest Christmas Yet

This was only our second Christmas in business, and what a difference a year makes! It has been our most successful season by far. We took the Violet Pineapple stall on the road across London, West Sussex, and Surrey, meeting so many of you in person.

There is something so special about the buzz of a Christmas market, chatting with fellow small business owners and seeing your faces when you find the perfect piece of jewellery.

The Christmas Stars: Our handmade polymer clay designs with gold foil Christmas trees were a huge hit, but the real showstoppers were our hand-painted baubles. They flew off the stalls! If you missed out, don’t worry, watch this space, as we’re planning to make these available on our website in time for Christmas 2026!

Summer Memories: Horses, Hampshire, and... Tom?

One of our absolute favorite memories of 2025 was the Wellington Horse Trials in the summer. As a lifelong horse lover, this was a dream event for Suzanne! It was a true family affair, with all of us pitching in to run the stall over the three-day event.

We stayed at a beautiful AirBnB with stunning views over the Hampshire countryside. However, the real star of the weekend wasn't the horses, it was Tom the sheep. Tom lived at the farm and became a firm family favourite; greeting him every evening after a long day at the show was the perfect way to unwind.

The 2025 Fan Favourites

Looking back at our orders this year, a few items clearly stole your hearts:

  • Leopard Print Earrings: These continue to be one of our absolute bestsellers! We love how you style them to add a bit of "wild" to your outfits.
  • Hand Made Studs: Our mini studs are the ultimate "grab and go" accessory, and we've loved seeing which colours you've been picking for your everyday pops of joy.
  • The Cows: These continue to be the ultimate crowd-pleasers! They get so much attention at every fair, and we love seeing which "personality" you choose.
  • Our Bracelets: The ultimate stacking accessory for any season.

A Shout-out to Our Favourite Spots

We’ve been lucky enough to visit some incredible venues this year. A huge thank you to the organizers who make these events possible. Some of our 2025 highlights included:

  • The Syon House Summer Party (truly magical!).
  • Any event at The Horton (such a beautiful, creative space).
  • The wonderful markets run by Paper Daisy in Brighton.

Whether it was the organisation, the amazing visitors, or the creative energy of other makers, these events reminded us why we love creating unique earrings and accessories for you all.

What’s Next?

After a very busy but exciting season, it’s time for a well-earned rest and some family time to recharge our creative batteries. We’re already dreaming up new designs and vibrant colour palettes for 2026.

Thank you for being part of the Violet Pineapple story. We can’t wait to show you what we have in store next year!

With love,

Suzanne, Andy, and the Violet Pineapple Family x
